If you cannot find the auction sheet for your chassis number, please e-mail us. It is likely that the vehicle was not imported from Japan but from another country. In this case, we would recommend reconsidering your purchase or contacting our center for more detailed information

Yes, our reports are directly sourced from the central database of Japanese auctions. This service is purely informational, providing you with the exact report that was issued to the buyer at the auction.

If you have not received your auction sheet, please contact our office, and we will provide it to you manually

After you make the payment, your auction sheet will be sent to your email within a few minutes. Please be aware that sometimes, due to internet connectivity issues, there might be a delay. If you do not receive the report within 24 hours, please contact our office, and we will send it to you manually. Also, don’t forget to check your junk mail folder.

The information provided in the auction sheet includes the car’s production date, mileage, grade, model type, any repairs that have been made, extras, and other specifications.
