REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a full refund if you have paid for your auction sheet and have not received it either via email or manually after contacting our office. Please provide us with your chassis number, payment method, and the date of payment to proceed with the refund.

Please note that refunds are not issued if there was an error in the email or contact details you provided, or if you provided an incorrect chassis number. All correspondence regarding refunds must be conducted in writing. We do not accept phone calls for refunds to prevent any misunderstandings.

Additionally, all refunds will be processed to the original payment source from which the payment was made.
